We are building an entire complex of different color storage units off near Breezewood Ln and State Road 76 in Neenah. Each building is individually owned. There is just a small fee of $50/mo for us to take care of the lawns and snow plowing.

These units are designed for you to run small businesses in and/or to give you a great sanctuary for your hobbies. Unit sizes are either 40x40ft or 40x64ft.

Every base unit includes a 4 inch beam slab, rough-in plumbing with floor drain, water heater, hose faucets and bathroom, 200 amp electrical service, and a 14ft overhead door and operator.

Includes: 4″ concrete, LP furnace, insulated liner kit, slop sink and finished bathroom. Other options available, speak to a representative for options.

As you know with the supply chain interruptions and costs jumping around we cannot guarantee a price online, last time we checked was 11/24/2024. They may have changed (higher or lower) since. Finished options are to be added to the base price of the unit. Contact us for current pricing!

Buildings are built as state approved heated buildings.

Condominium-Like Development

These Man Cave units are built and structured like Condominiums. There is a small monthly fee of $50/mo per unit which covers lawn-care and snow removal.
